19th April 2008 Suffolk Festival Performers Concert

The Suffolk Festival  Awards Winners concert was held last night at the Museum Street Methodist Church in Ipswich and a was a real tribute to all those that performed. The standard was exemplary and  the audience were treated to  many breathtaking and heart rendering performances. Photos of the event can be found in the photo gallery section.

22nd March 2008 Syllabus now available

The 2008 Syllabus has been sent to the printers and is now available via the WEB site, like previous years you can search for classes in a particular discipline or you can browse through the various sections. A PDF version of the complete Syllabus is also available.

25th October 2007 Festival is over for another year

Well it seems like only yesterday that the festival was about to start and now its all finished. The committee would like to thank all those that participated and we hope that you had as much pleasure as we did from the performances and that the adjudicator's feedback will help with your performances in the future. The results from this years festival are now available on the WEB site click on the "Winners link on the left.

 

 

 

Other aspects of the WEB site will be updated for this year's festival in the coming months.

Photographs: Graham Shorrock has once again kindly offered to take some shots of performers in full flight and make them available for purchase; anybody not wishing to be photographed should inform the clerk or the photographer beforehand.  We would like your permission to publish some of the photos on the Festival web-site and/or use them on printed material or display boards to promote the Festival. For performers under the age of 18, photographs will be used in this way only if permission of a parent or guardian is given in writing.

Stewarding

Can you help with stewarding? Most of the stewarding manpower is supplied by committee members, but offers of help to ease the load are always welcome.  If you or a friend would consider writing certificates, selling tickets, or doing other odd jobs, please tick the box on the front of the (paper) entry form or contact Gillian Peck.
